2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class Review
Mercedes-Benz has made another entry into the compact-luxury-SUV class with the GLC-class. The GLC-class joins its competitors with a touch of magic and performance.
You get a lot for $40,07. The GLC300 comes with a 241 horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine that pairs with top-notch interior and great handling. It is available in rear or all-wheel drive ($2,000), with a powertrain that gets you from 0 to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds.
This review focuses on the $42,075 GLC300 4MATIC fitted with $19,820 in extra options, bringing it up to $61,895. The $7,200 Premium 3 package comes with a Burmester stereo system and heated front seats. Premium 3 features a proximity key, navigation, a touchpad for the COMAND system, satellite radio, illuminated door sills, a perfume atomizer, adaptive cruise control, LED headlights, automatic braking system, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring and much more.
The interior of the GLC-class sports one of the most lavish cabins in the compact-luxury-crossover SUV segment. It shares many of the same details as the C-class with top-notch materials and pleasing and expensive details throughout. It’s comfortable and accommodating rear bench seat offers headroom and legroom for your passengers.
