2018 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class Review
There are many 4-door cars available in the market with sporty looks but only a few of them actually look good. Mercedes-Benz CLS- Class is certainly one of those good looking 4-door coupes. It’s a midsize luxury sedan that Mercedes-Benz started back in 2004 to target slightly younger customers who like practicality combined with sporty styling.
Although the CLS-Class is based on the same platform as the E-Class Mercedes-Benz, it has an entirely distinguishable body. It has a much more aggressive and muscular look when compared to its parent car. The backend of the car is also warped in a way to give it the traditional coupe look. All four door windows on the CLS-Class are also frameless, which is actually a trendsetting feature by Mercedes-Benz for 4-door cars.
The interior of the car is also very distinguishable from the E-Class as it feels more modern and fashionable. It has specially-designed seats that make you feel right at home. The inviting 4-door entrance makes this coupe a special experience with your friends and family.

The CLS-Class is equipped with top-of-the-line luxury in the interior which includes premium heated and ventilated leather seats. These seats also offer massage to all four passengers on the go. The driver and front passenger seats have 14 ways electronically adjustable seats with lumbar support. These seats also have 3 memory settings in case there are more people driving the car.
The CLS-Class features top of the line Burmester sound system which has become a standard for all Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The entertainment system has a giant touch screen in the middle which also controls the car’s mood lighting.
There are only two versions of Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class that are sold in Canada. One is CLS 550 4MATIC and the other one is the AMG version. The transmission on this car is a 9-speed automatic, which is ideal for powerful accelerations on the freeway.
As every other vehicle with a three-pointed star badge, the CLS-Class is also available in AMG version. The Mercedes-AMG CLS 63 S 4MATIC features a massive 5.5 L bi-turbo V8 that bursts out 577 HP @5,500 RPM. The transmission on the CLS 63 S is an AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT which provides unmatched acceleration numbers on the road.
