Being owner of three cars from different car companies, I had an opportunity to get customer service from them but I did not see any match of your excellent customer service. I walked in without any appointment for servicing my car, still warmly welcomed and assured to accommodate me. All Service Advisers were professional and friendly. I liked the idea of Service Adviser coming to customer for service order with prior information on IPad. The waiting lounge was not less then first class passenger's waiting lounge. I was happy to hear words from lady associate asking me for coffee, tea and something to eat. The constant updating through personal visit, phone and email was unbeatable service.My regards to Yair and Kayla for their extraordinary initiative to satisfy their customers and helping to grow Mercedes-Benz Brampton.
Purchased my vehicle at a different Benz dealership but decided to bring my car for the very first time to the Brampton location for a scheduled service as it is much closer to where I now live. So glad that I did! The customer service was exceptional from the moment I pulled into the service garage until the moment I left in my freshly serviced AND detailed car. AND, the complimentary cafe (so much more than just tea and coffee) nicely topped off the experience. This should be the standard for all luxury vehicle dealerships. There's absolutely no question where I'll go for my next scheduled service and likely for my next vehicle purchase too!
Heard stuff about poor customer service and not being able to reach anyone. The only time I haven’t been able to reach anyone is when I’ve called before or after opening hours. The visitor lounge is welcoming and I decided to wait the 1.5 hours rather than take the shuttle back and forth to pick up my car. So far so great!
Sidney in the service department is always spot on when it comes to professionalism, kindness and overall work ethic. We (my employer included) only deal with her because of how wonderful she is and how easy everything always is. She is an asset to your establishment, People not only buy the car or simply service their car. They invest into the people associated with the dealership they choose to conduct business with as well.
