I recently got a c300 from the dealership and my experience was love hate but Wasif was able to make it very personal and was actually one of the only reason it was amazing! The delivery was scheduled for Thursday which was then pushed to Friday and even Friday they told me to come at 2 but didn’t have everything ready. Very good buying experience (first time at Mercedes). Ian Cass was a courteous and professional salesperson, starting with scheduling the appointment through to delivery of the vehicle. His knowledge of the MB vehicle base and overall automotive industry dynamics was helpful and provided confidence and great input on a number of choices. He also noted a couple initial quality issues on delivery before I did and started the process to correct them for me, while providing guidance and staying in touch throughout the process. I have dealt with Mr. Pankaj 3rd time and I have promised him we deal more often. You know why I have deal with hime 3rd time. Bought GLE350 very happy. please go deal with him you will know . I have little concern with Mercedes. I have posted floor mat picture ( 2015 metal mercedes) (2019 stiches mercedes) (2022 no mercedes name). I have seen few changes. Does mercedes save money on this. I think their quality is loosing.
