I recently renewed by lease agreement with Mercedes Benz for the B250. I experienced outstanding service from both Jorge Correa and Steve De Santis. Jorge was my sales person and he went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed to make my decision and satisfied. I recommend seeking out Jorge for your next lease or purchase. Steve was my Financial point person and he thorough and diligent with my account dealings. Mercedes is lucky to have them. Thank you again gentlemen.

Exceptional Service!! The service advisor, Anthony, catered towards my needs and was very helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the car wash they gave wasn't very clean. Streaks on the windows and seems like they were done in a haste. But I definitely recommend this place!

Wish I can give them 0 star not even one. Never take your car to this dealership specially when your warranty is about to expire in few months. In past few month I took my car 3 times due to engine knocking sound and engine light on. Rudy Ramlal was the mechanic this time who fixed my car under warranty 2 days ago about engine light. Last time it was a different mechanic. I also left similar review last time . Warranty expires on Jan. 27, 2019. Looked like They simply clear the code that came back check engine light yesterday again , day after I picked up my car from dealership after they claim repair was done. I should have asked to see the old parts that they replaced and take pictures. Dealership claimed that they replaced some fuel sensor parts near $1600.00 worth repair under warranty , when they are just waiting for few days my warranty to expire on my 2015 GLK 250. Last time they kept my car 3 days and didn't give me a loaner car. Find a better dealership. DON'T GO at this location. Review by Tej BrarCalled Service Manager this morning Jan.7, 2019 at 8 34 am to book an appointment. Still waiting for them to call back...Huh..Was offered to bring car back today or tomorrow to diagnose. Taking it back on Wednesday 7 30 am . ThanksThey fixed my car next day and assured to bring it back if same issue occurs again. Thanks to the Manager
