Mercedes-Benz Canada Posts Stellar Results
Mercedes-Benz Canada has something to celebrate! During the month of November, Mercedes-Benz Canada and its national dealer network posts 4,201 units sold—an increase of 17.9% over the same period last year. There’s only one month remaining in 2016 and the company has surpassed its record-breaking total of 44,526 units delivered in 2015. It makes a year-to-date growth of 8.7%.
The auto manufacturer has seen a 4.6% increase in sales of passenger cars and light trucks year over year, selling a total of 37,637 units so far. In November, Mercedes-Benz saw an impressive 41.5% month-over-month increase in C-Class sales within the passenger car segment. The Coupe and Cabriolet are generating enthusiasm among buyers, though the sedan continues to be a favourite.
The sales of light luxury trucks was up by 10.8% year-to-date, with 1,660 units sold in November.
5,883 Mercedes-Benz vans were sold year-to-date, representing a 21.4% increase over 2015 sales.
The Mercedes-Benz pre-owned division sold 14,806 units, up 2.1% over 2015.
