Mercedes-Benz Developing Innovative Technology in Silicon Valley
Mercedes-Benz Brampton knows that 1995 was a major year for Mercedes-Benz since it became the first automaker to open a Research & Development center in Silicon Valley. Mercedes-Benz seemed to be able to foresee the future of Silicon Valley and how it was going to be the hub for the IT and automotive industries. The Silicon Valley is a place where imagination runs wild and innovation is around every corner. Mercedes-Benz did not want to miss out on the opportunity to be part of it all. The Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, Inc. is constantly thinking of new ways to help customers with present and future problems by using digitalization. It is introducing new technologies to its consumers at a faster pace than ever before. When established, the facility employed only 20 people, but now has expanded to over 240 employees.
