As the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we wanted to reach out to inform you that within our organization, the health and safety of customers, staff, family & friends is of the utmost importance. Amid concerns about the spread of the disease we are here to serve you, and we want to share information with you about how we continue to operate safely and effectively.
Our Management team is monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local governments to help ensure the actions we’re taking are in line with the latest recommendations and guidance. We are communicating regularly with our employees to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and that of our customers.
As a precautionary step, we have increased availability of hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes for both employees and customers, in addition to, conducting enhanced cleaning in our facilities. Our first priority remains keeping our customers, staff, family & friends safe and well-informed while doing what we can to help minimize potential spread of the coronavirus.
That’s why we’ve been monitoring developments related to COVID-19 and are working every day to deliver a high level of service safely and responsibly, in line with public health recommendations and guidelines. Part of those efforts has included reducing our hours of operation, staffing levels, health and safety officer, full sanitization plan, travel restrictions, closing of the bistro, and reduced scope of work at the dealership.
Please know we have devoted significant efforts to help mitigate against possible adverse impacts from the coronavirus in our facilities, and will work hard to provide various avenues to continue the level of service you have come to expect.
